Heng & Partners Law Group is a mid-size commercial law firm, specializing in all type of commercial matters. Established in February 2018, Heng & Partners Law Group comprises a highly capable team of 20 Lawyers and members, with two decades of substantial experience in commercial litigation. With the combination of national and international experiences, local knowledge, and practice insights, we provide our clients with effective and efficient solutions to cross-cutting legal issues and compliance with local laws.

In 2023, after years of dedicated work in the Intellectual Property field, one of our lawyers was officially certified as a Trademark Agent (Batch 6) by the Ministry of Commerce, with agent no. 265/25/2023.
In 2023, Heng & Partners Law Group was listed as a qualified law firm to provide legal services in the Securities Sector after two of our Managing Partners were accredited by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”).
